D.I.AL.O.G. (Data Indicating Alignment of Organizational Goals) is an assessment tool that measures essential elements that can become the predictors of future strength. Our approach measures how well critical elements are working together to achieve organizational goals and identifies any departments or processes that may be working against you. These elements are the areas that make up the Criteria for Performance Excellence as used in the Baldridge National Quality Program.
