With more than 18 years in the golf and real estate development industry, Inside Out Solutions founder Deborah Thode has a broad range of expertise specific to the sports, architecture, real estate development and special events industries with specific experience in sales, marketing, HR, and operations. Deborah has her Masters of Business Administration from Jacksonville University and is a Certified Business Coach.

Having worked for Arnold Palmer for more than 18 years, Deborah was responsible for business development as well as growing and maintaining relationships among clients and industry experts. Recognizing that internal relationships and leadership are key to achieving maximized results, Deborah established Inside Out Solutions to help individuals and businesses reach their potential. 

Richard Jones began his corporate career in public relations and has worked in education, telecommunications, and economic development in both private and public sectors. Having his Masters of Science in Management and Policy Analysis from the Robert J. Milano Graduate School and his undergraduate in Mass Communications, Richard has a broad range of corporate knowledge and experience.

Richard is a licensed commercial realtor in Florida and has a full-service consulting background with emphasis in business development, project management, public relations, circuit speaker training, and television/cable show production.

With his background in the healthcare industry, Paul Poirrier has experience in marketing, public relations, grant writing, strategic planning, volunteer and board training, direct solicitations including major gifts, and annual fund development. Paul has spent more than eight years providing professional fundraising and business development throughout the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean and works closely with churches, faith-based organizations, and various non-profits.

Paul graduated from Saint Meinrad Seminary with his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and minored in Philosophy and Theology and has done graduate work in Pastoral Studies and Education and has developed and facilitated numerous board and staff retreats covering a broad range of business and life topics.
